2) What did you do for Valentine’s Day this year?
Zack: We started off the evening by exchanging our surprise gifts. This entailed putting on blind folds and simultaneously ripping them off to reveal the unique hand-crafted presents we had made for each other. After that we chose a main course and side dish to cook for the other and mixed and matched at dinner! After that we re-enacted the climatic boat scene from the original screen play of The Titanic. Finally, we closed the night by reciting each others' redeeming qualities in un-rhymed iambic pentameter until we said our final goodnights.
Eliza: I'm sure Zack gave you some elaborate response but we just cooked dinner together and hung out that night.
3) Are you exchanging gifts with each other?
Eliza: I got him a pair of Bean Boots from L.L. Bean. He's wanted them for a while so I'm excited that I'm the one that gets to buy them for him.
Zack: It was unique, hand-crafted surprise
